Additional Information: The menu changes monthly, depending on what produce is imported and what is in season; most dishes are infused with local delicacies, ranging from edible flowers from Cameron Highlands to crabs from Pulau Ketam and much more! Besides that, there is also a Japanese influence in terms of flavour as the rice used is Japanese rice while most of the seafood imported also comes from Japan (tuna, scallops etc.)
