Food Review: DC Restaurant

Here is a fluff free review of DC Restaurant, T.T.D.I:

Notable Mentions: The 7 course meal offers a burst of varying flavours and textures, almost like a symphony for the tongue
Overall Flavours: Excellent
Staff Efficiency: Excellent
Ambiance: Good – simple and intimate
Pricing: Expensive (RM 120 onwards)
Tips: Make a reservation!
Additional Information: The menu changes monthly, depending on what produce is imported and what is in season; most dishes are infused with local delicacies, ranging from edible flowers from Cameron Highlands to crabs from Pulau Ketam and much more! Besides that, there is also a Japanese influence in terms of flavour as the rice used is Japanese rice while most of the seafood imported also comes from Japan (tuna, scallops etc.)

“I like to eat and I love the diversity of foods.” David Soul
