Food Review: PhoStreet

Here is a fluff free review of PhoStreet in Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya:

IMG_3504

Notable Mentions: Beef Combination Pho
Overall Flavours: Average
Staff Efficiency: Average – starters aren’t served first because I assume the restaurant serves as is ready
Ambiance: Good
Pricing: Cheap (RM 0 – RM 25)
Tips: There are pork items on the menu but the pho broth does not contain pork
Additional Information: I am not an expert on authentic pho so if you are, be weary. However, I can vouch for the fact that the pho was delicious and the produce was fresh. The spring roll is stuffed with thick noodles instead of (the typical) thin noodles so the dish is a handful to swallow but good, nonetheless, and the fishcakes were slightly oily but tasteful!

“I eat soup noodles for comfort. In fact, noodles of any kind. It’s a food that is very easy to eat; it’s very soothing and comfortable, too. If I could choose any, I’d say buckwheat was my favourite: it has a very good flavour and is healthy, too.” Nobu Matsuhisa
