Located atop the ocean, this restaurant is definitely stylish; the interiors are interesting, with brightly coloured everything and art scattered atop the ceiling. My family and I, invited by a friend of the family, had the pleasure of tasting their 14 meal course, which was indeed delectable; unfortunately, I didn’t manage to capture each dish as we were busy enjoying the food but I did capture 9/14 – listed in order of the photo placement: century eggs in grilled red pepper, Chin’s aromatic crispy duck, house special: lobster on noodles, double flavoured wild fresh water fish, hot wok fragrant chicken, crab ‘n’ yoke (which is actually cod fish), stir-fried garlic with seasonal vegetables, emperor cake, and sea coconut with jasmine jelly and white fungus. To be honest, I didn’t expect the food to be as delicious as it was but now that I know, I highly recommend Chin’s Stylish Chinese Cuisine (which is priced mid-range to expensive).
