I used to frequent Camden Market whilst visiting London so for this trip, I decided I needed a change of scenery aka Borough Market; nestled under a bridge and within the immediate vicinity of a church, various sounds can be heard throughout the day, creating a unique experience (or noisy, depending on your outlook). From starters to mains to desserts and everything in between, if you’re a foodie, this market should be your go-to but do take note of the incessant crowd. My advise? Go early or even late. Side note: Tate Modern is within walking distance!
