Food Review: Nicsmann 1940s by Lewré

Here is a fluff free review of Nicsmann 1940s by Lewré, Uptown Damansara:

Notable Mentions: The King of Cheese (Parmigiano-Reggiano) Pasta with Mushrooms
Overall Flavours: Good
Staff Efficiency:
Average to Good
Ambiance: Average – rather generic interiors
Pricing:
Cheap (RM 0 – RM 25) to Expensive (RM 60 – RM 100 and above)
Tips: During the weekdays, the Parmigiano-Reggiano pasta is only available for dinner but during the weekends, the dish can be had from 12pm onwards
Additional Information: My friends and I visited the Starling Mall solely to try the infamous cheese wheel pasta now available at Nicsmann. For the price of RM 35.90, you can devour fresh durum pasta drenched in rich cream sauce and sprinkled with generous amounts of Parmigiano-Reggiano, combined with either mushrooms or salmon. However, for the price of Rm 39.90 you can have the pasta with bacon instead of mushrooms or salmon. As a lover of cheese, the dish was everything I had dreamed of and hoped it to be – initially I was taken aback at the serving size as I thought I couldn’t eat everything as it would simply be too filling but because I genuinely enjoyed the flavours, I somehow scraped the plate clean. Unfortunately, we did not try any other dishes so I can’t speak of the quality of the other food but I can elaborate on the service; the staff were friendly but not very quick to their feet and there were also numerous communication problems but that aside, we enjoyed ourselves.
