Photo Diary: Jeram Kedah, Negeri Sembilan

I’ve previously visited Jeram Kedah but decided to share the details with you as the waterfall is a secluded haven. We Waze-ed ‘Jeram Kedah, Mantin’ and reached the destination within 1.5 hours, from Hartamas; the waterfall is located within a kampung (village) and once you drive over a metal bridge, that’s your cue to park the car (unless you’re driving a motorcycle). From there, we walked upwards but did not descend via the first exit, located on your left – instead, we continued walking until we reached a kinda fork-in-the-road. Once there, exit via the left fork and walk downhill for circa 10-15 minutes and ta-da, you’ll arrive at your personal playground!

“The point is that when I see a sunset or a waterfall or something, for a split second it’s so great, because for a little bit I’m out of my brain, and it’s got nothing to do with me. I’m not trying to figure it out, you know what I mean? And I wonder if I can somehow find a way to maintain that mind stillness.” Chris Evans
